OUR FACILITIES

Safety for your horse is paramount at Birdwood Horse Works.

We take pride in providing both a safe working environment and safe yards for your horse, during their time with us. 

From a horse education perspective, our  facilities include:

• a properly constructed all weather 60 x 20 arena

• a 20m fully enclosed round yard with rubber base and made of Australian galvanised steel

• A full height, fully lined wash down bay

• quiet, non-bituminised roads surrounding the property so your horses can be ridden off the property and experience "trail riding", kangaroos, sheep, roads and tracks

• a lovely big dam with stable footing to enable water training.

From an agistment perspective to keep your horse comfortable and as safe as possible,
we have

• fully enclosed yards with shelters

• larger external yards with full wooden railings and electric tops (no wire)

• individual paddocks that are fully wooden railed (no wire) 

• exercise / turnout paddocks.
